"Room was a good size and great view of the Botin Centre, comfortable, with everytning we needed. Highlight was the breakfast, great choice, ham and tortilla being my personal favourites. Centrally located, close to most amenities. Palace at Magdelena a good walk but easily reached by bus if you prefer. Our favourite hotel in Santander"

"Great breakfast! Had a room with fabulous view. Bed was comfortable. Lucked out with nearby parking. Biggest discouragement was the black mold around the window and black mold on ceiling in bathroom. So simple to clean."

"We arrived at 1pm and were able to check into our room. Very clean, powerful shower and small bottles of complimentary water and toiletries replenished each day. Great location for walking around the city. Hotel guests receive 10% discount off menu del dia, served 1pm-4pm - choice of 3 starters, mains and desserts and includes bread and half a bottle of wine each for €18. The Rioja wine is very full bodied. Highly recommended for authentic home cooked Spanish food. Would highly recommend this hotel."
