"The hotel has a shared kitchen with snacks (fruit and biscuits) and tea and coffee making facilities - it was well stocked and it was also possible to fill the re-fillable water bottles provided by the hotel in the kitchen. The hotel also provided a bar each afternoon on an honesty system - the hotel's common areas - lounge room and courtyard were delightful and the perfect place to relax with a drink or a cup of tea. "

"Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan."

"This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are up to date and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is well worth the price. Location in Providencia is near Tobalaba metro station, shopping at Costanera and MUT shopping centers, and several excellent independent restaurants."

"I love the beds and pillows of this hotel. You can get a good nice sleep. Also the breakfast has variety and the location is great. Even though the pool is small, you can get a nice relaxing time."

"The hotel is very well located, Las Condes is a beautiful and convenient neighborhood. The staff is friendly, though not exceptionally so. As for the hotel itself, it feels like it has seen better days. The luxury here is somewhat dated and hasn't been well maintained over the years, it's a has-been property, which makes the pricing hard to justify given what you actually get.
