"Great facility and, more importantly, the people working there. I have a flight at 6 AM, and despite not asking to go, breakfast was ready, as well as constant contact with the taxi to avoid delays. Great night crew and outstanding facilities."

"I am traveling alone and felt very safe in the area; the hotel staff are very friendly and tried to help me with everything. I recommend this very welcoming place."

"Buen hotel. Buena ubicación. Buena habitación. Personal amable.

"Excellent....great location.. staff very friendly !!!"

"Good but dated property in a great location "

"The hotel is nice and the staff is very helpful. The main problem is the awful wifi. We staid a week there and it was practically not working in the afternoons. It was slow in the mornings. The room was spacious, but it has an odd design, with very little storage space and small closet. No ventilation in the bathroom. The restaurant was very slow at dinner time."

"Fantastic location with beautiful view. Great breakfast but dinner in bar just ok. Property has been built on numerous times so spread out over big area. Would definitely recommend it"

"Good, clean hotel. Centric location close to Puerto Varas downtown and lots of restaurants close by. The only thing that I would recommend improving is the breakfast, crowded, not great selections and under staffed"
