All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was the Internet did not work for me and the bathroom needed some repairs.

Best hotel in Cotonou...and the food is amazing. Staff was very courteous and friendly, we will definitely visit there again anytime we happen to be in cotonou.

Do Not stay!
The hotel has a serious cockroach infestation! After my husband killed 3 I called the lobby hysterically when they were calm I googled what cockroaches was called in French to which I frantically yelled cafard! Cafard! I expected they would offer to Change the room or something. They send someone from housekeeping with insecticide who sprayed the room while we went to the lobby and didn’t bother to clean the ones killed. I guess it wasn’t just the rooms cos if you spend enough time in the breakfast room you will see them crawling out of the joints of the furniture. Bring your sheets and towels if possible! Cos we we didn’t dear use their towels. Plus there is no hot water! I called the receptionist as usual and I got a nonchalant answer there was nothing they could do, yes there is no hot water in the hotel. For food just go to makoomba which is to the right of the hotel about 3 mins walk but they only take cash. I regret we didn’t try makoomba earlier considering they recycle left over food from dinner and served it for breakfast! The only plus was the manager who is nice, but I don’t know if he knows how terrible the place is especially for almost $100 a night!

Check-In Slow But Worth the Price
Check-in was slow and stressful. Rooms were gorgeous and made up for what we went through. Breakfast was also good.

Hot water was not hot every day. Decor was outdated and not modern or sleep. Nothing much to do in hotel. Cleaning could have been better too. Not a great experience or hotel

Le système informatique était en panne à l'arrivée comme au départ, d'où des lenteurs pour les formalités administratives. La literie et le linge pour la salle de bain était d'une qualité médiocre. Dîner et petit petit-déjeuner corrects.

Très bien!
J'ai apprécié le séjour, après un mois dans les gîtes africains. La nourriture était bonne, la chambre agréable et propre, le service vers l'aéroport sans faille (la navette est venue me conduire à 4.00 AM!). Toutefois, toute petite déception, on me dit que je peux prendre l'eau dans le réfrigérateur pour finalement me dire, au moment de libérer la chambre, que je n'avais droit qu'à une petite bouteille, me chargeant l'autre, que je paie mais l'hôtel n'avait pas la monnaie...
