"We left about 20 minutes after checking in the woman at the front desk was very nice however I was a mom and teenage son party and did not go safe. Anytime my 14 year-old son feels like he has to stand in between me and men that is not a good situation. There were multiple men just setting outside and a drunk man at the top of the stairway on floor three when we got off the elevator. The hallway and room smelled bad."

"Very calm, clean and quiet location! We stayed for 4 nights and the mattresses were super comfortable. Staff was always helpful whenever we needed anything extra for the room too. Breakfast was nice as well with a good amount of options. Parking is free and the location is very convenient too; we were fairly close to lots of things around Charlotte and we were right next to a Walmart and other yummy food places so that was great too. The only thing was figuring out when room service would come...

"We stay here every year to travel from Charlotte airport . Great staff always helpful. This year both lights in the bathroom were out( room#328). We got up early to take the shuttle and were informed there was no driver. Had to scramble and order an Uber and just did make our flight."
