"The staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was large and comfy. We were told the property had just been sold so some of the amenities had changed. Not a huge deal but we were looking forward to enjoying the wine hospitality hour and that is no longer a thing"

"There was a stain on the bed linen. It was a stiff looking substance if you catch my drift. It was obvious it hadn’t been changed between stays. I was disgusted but I got in late that night so I threw towels over that side of the bed."

Paid for parking at the hotel, left property and came back to a full lot and I had to pay for parking at a different location across the street. They were understanding and refunded my parking fee. Recommend walking/uber to avoid this issue. Very limited on spaces. The room was nice. Clean. Shower has low pressure on the 4th floor. Water temperature was good. The walk in shower and base of toilet need to be re-caulked, very moldy."

"The location and cleanliness of this property are excellent. The staff is helpful. The problem with this hotel is the extra charges. Parking is $43 per night. There is also a $30 per night amenities fee whether you use the amenities or not (which we did not). We stayed two nights. Oregon has a lot of other taxes as well. So I was charged an extra $136.86 on top of what I already paid Expedia for the total cost of the room (even with a one time $20 parking credit from Expedia). Personally, I...

"The location is great, but our hotel room was smelly and unkept. The towels were dirty, the trash was not emptied and filled with used sanitary napkins, the carpet was old, the walls needed painting and patching, the sofa was missing cushions, and the windows wouldn't close properly."
