"Beautifully located on the banks of the Willamette River, with a spacious lounge and dining area, and near interstate 5, this is a perfect base for a trip to Portland. We’ve stayed multiple times when visiting our kids. Nice staff. There is a nice pathway for walks along the Willamette. Parking and breakfast are not included (parking is a rather high $35 per night)."

"It’s clean enough, friendly and helpful stuff. Breakfast is ok, but not a perfect. Sofa bed is quite bad, no soft mattress. Overall for the price is great. Location is perfect, very close to waterfront."

"Great location and friendly staff. Room is spacious but needs more electrical outlets. Daily room service only upon request. They also require you to submit your request no later than 2:00 pm the day before which means on the day you check in (which at the earliest is 3:00) you missed the deadline. So the earliest you can get room service is two days after you check in. It's a dumb policy which only aggravates a guest that would like their room serviced daily.
