"Amazing location, great bar, friendly staff and nice rooms"

"My stay was amazing! The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were spotless, and the location was a huge plus, conveniently close to restaurants, stores, and the highway. Depending on your membership status, guests are offered a $15 voucher during their stay, and unfortunately I was not given mine at check-in. However, once the staff realized the mistake, they quickly made it right and provided the voucher, which I truly appreciated. One of my favorite amenities was the coffee shop on-site. The barista did not disappoint!! my coffee was perfect every morning during my stay! The entire staff was kind, friendly, and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I can’t wait to come back and visit again very soon!"

"Elevator out of oder , room service no show"

"Worst experience ever!! I payed for a double queen bed room and when I arrived I was told that the only room available was a King bed. I had the worst night sleeping in a chair!! When I complained to the manager in the morning l, they could not tell me why my room was given to someone else. Nothing was done due to their error. I reached out to Hotels.com and they were also no help!!"

"I stay in a lot of Res Inns. The staff was cheerful and supportive, but a couple of things struck me as below the Marriott standard. I spent 10-15 minutes the in room iron, trying to get it working to press a shirt for the next morning changing outlets only to discover the iron was broken. I also discovered one of the outlets (a horizontal one on top of a desk) wasn’t anchored and when I tried to unplug the iron the whole outlet box came off. I had to dress again and walk to the lobby to get a spare from the night manager. My boss had checked into his room in the next building and I saw him with his luggage grumbling that he had to change rooms because his want still not ready. When he walked in the mattress was leaned up against the wall and used towels were still in th bathroom. He mentioned he last stayed he over a decade ago and it didn’t look like a dime had been put into the property since. He actually told me he’d suggest I never stay there again. Our experiences made me feel this was worth sharing. I enjoy Residence Inn, I’d hate to have more experiences like this there."
