"The shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were useless. They were in little very stiff bottles that required both hands to get any out of the bottles. In order to use the body lotion I flattened the bottle with both hands to dispense the bit of lotion onto a tissue. I realize this is not the fault of the staff, but whomever is in charge of choosing what to order for use of guests.

"The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was not helpful when we tried to check in early even though the hotel was not full, we arrived at 12pm and had to wait until 3pm without a car. The nearest mall with restaurants is close to 2 miles away which required us to take an uber to shuttle back and forth for lunch and dinner.

"The hotel staff was excellent and very welcoming. The checkin process was good. Our room was clean and the property was clean. The only thing that was not great was the hot tub. We were looking forward to a relaxing soak before bed but it was so cloudy we couldn’t see the bottom so we opted out. Everything else was great."
