Check in process to 45 minutes since the room they gave me had not been cleaned. Finally gave me different room. no one entered the room so came home to a messy room. Other hotels in area clean and give towels when you are there multiple nights

I had reservations for a king bed when I arrived the desk host told me they did not have a king room available so they would get us a double bed. It was a special trip for my wife and myself. Although the double beds did work for us it was a disappointment knowing that what I reserved through the hotels site isn’t a guarantee. The front desk told me that there was nothing he could do since I booked through Hotels.com.
