"The recently renovated rooms are truly top notch. Those that are not are still classic but somewhat dated, Howevver all have excellent bathrooms and showers and a beautiful bath tub, for those who like to soak. The front desk staff is excellent but the back room people are, well, not customer orlented. So if you have an issue keep it with the front desk people. There is no conciege? For such a large hotel one would think there would be one. Even though there is a 5 minute shuttle to the terminals and the transport facility is a 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel, it did not feel safe to us. Take the cab would be our advise. They charge a flat rate of 20 Euro's from the hotel. High but it is just once and safe. We ordered room service. The food is nothing to write home about. O.K. but ordinary, considering one is in France. There is a little town just minutes from the hotel, Roissy, good place for a nice dinner and they also have a very excellent small grocery shop. We stayed at two seperate rooms, one with beautiful sheets, all cotton and the other with a cotton blend? Its difficult to understand why the hotel differentiates in this way? The hotel does not keep any early morning coffee in the lobby, which is hugh, as most high end hotels do. Why? One room had a typical coffee machine that used pods. The other had an electric hot water pot for making hot water and instant coffee packages? Again, why the hotel does this is beyond us?"
