"Booked from 25 April to 2nd May but did stay. The location was very unclean, with heavy unpleasant smell, highly over crowded, had to leave location immediately due to feeling unsafe and inappropriate touching by an occupant. Currently trying to get a refund via PayPal. "

"There were literally massive bugs crawling all over the bed in the room. The room was very messy and dirty and not ready to receive anyone. We had arrived exhausted and were even ready to tolerate the mess and spent an hour trying to kill the bugs the huge bugs and beetles that were attacking my young daughter. We were going to wait until morning to get our place changed. But as it got worse and worse after three hours, we finally had to have an emergency move to another place at 2:30AM....
