"Great hotel, stayed more than once and every time we are more than happy. The hotel itself is great but what makes it is the staff. Every one we came across was brilliant. Particular thanks to Rodrigo on the entrance, Claudia in breakfast and Abdul in housekeeping. Will definitely return."

"VERY nice hotel!! We were so pleasantly surprised.
The rooms are as you'd expect for London hotels - none of them are big. And that is to be expected.
Having said that, the bathroom was really nice, the bed very comfortable, and very clean .
Breakfast was absolutely incredible and totally worth every penny with lots of hot options. Wonderful variety of things.
The hotel itself is very pretty as far as the lobby and there's an outdoor seating area that we actually utilized quite a lot even...
