I reserved a King Size room and it had not been cleaned! So, I was placed with 2 FULL size beds. The room smelled musty and dirty. There was a dirty washcloth on the shower railing. When I informed the manager of the smell, he proceeded to spray room freshener everywhere. It was so thick. I could taste it! It was gross. I tried airing out the room turning on the air conditioning and opening the window, but it didn’t seem to help. Air conditioning smelled funny. I checked the filters and they were both filthy so I washed them off. The smell started to get a little better, but I could still taste the room freshener, after a couple hours being there I had to leave. I went and spent the night at my sister‘s house. Very disappointed.

I did not feel safe there. I was not greeted by an employee but by a stranger who offered to take my money and show me to my room. No ice machine, no washer and dryer, if I'd wanted to use them. I had already prepaid or I would have left immediately. All of the food seemed stale so we didn't eat anything. Poured the coffee but didn't drink it because it had grounds in it. Only good thing about this property was there wasn't much else around, it was right off the highway, and I saw no sign of bed bugs. I guess this is just the kind of place where you can get a bit of rest, and that's about it

The facility has really been cleaned up and updated. New carpets, heating, ac units, and paint. The new management / staff is very friendly and accommodating. Will be excited to see the place when it is all completed. We will be staying with then again, thank you

This a no frills property, which is ok. However, the description is misleading as they do NOT offer continental breakfast. Juice and coffee are all they provide.

Upon arrival we were met by the owners Tesla parked on the sidewalk outside the front doors. As we opened the door we were met with overpowering odor of curry, check in was okay. exited the lobby to the laundry area where we met with the smell of sewer gas. entered the room which appeared to be clean. Soon discovered the room door would not lock unless I slammed it. Next morming tried to start shower and the knob came off. replaced the knob by tightening the screw myself. Went to the lobby for the free breakfast and discovered NONE. poured a cup of coffee and found chunks of an unknown substance floating in the cup. manager stated they do not offer breakfast due to Covid. A large industrial hot water heater in a crate is located in the lobby, and all the chairs are placed on top of the tables with a large amount of dust on them. Filed a complaint with Expedia and Wyndam and then received a phone call from the Manager of the hotel informing of the NO REFUND policy no matter what the issue. When my cousin went to the desk to complain about the sewer gas smell in his room, the manager called the police and to have him and his wife removed grom the property. DO NOT stay at this so-called hotel. If i had not had my 88 year old disabled Mother with me, I would never stay.

motel looks rundown, needs updated, far door to motel where room was was hard to get into, was there 3 days no one left or offered clean towels,could only watch regular tv,no instructions on how to operate cable tv,only cold cereal offered for breakfast, in my opinion it should not have super 8 name.

I was charged 2 times for one night. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The cleaner knocked on my door THREE times in half an hour, BEFORE it was check out time. We had a Jacuzzi suite and they would only give us 2 towels
