The facility was very clean and looked like newly remodel. We had a very good day and it's very convenient having the Casey's gas station next-door. We will definitely be staying again.

The only complaint that I have is that the carpet needed to be replaced. There was a note that they planned to do it and remodel and replace the carpet, but it had not been done.

The room was clean, check in/out was easy. This is not a luxury hotel. It is clean and comfortable, but very utilitarian. The room is very basic, but everything works. I was able to freeze ice packs in the mini-fridge. Communication was all via text, but adequate. Casey's next door for pizza. Other dining is about 10 minutes away in Red Oak. It was perfect for what I wanted.
