"Rooms were very cozy & well kept! Our bed was better than any hotel bed I’ve ever slept in, dare I say better than my own bed at home! Floors were very loud and creaky, but that is expected from a nearly 100 year old building. The robes were soft and cozy, and the other amenities were amazing! Complimentary cocktails and light bites every evening, plenty of lobby space to hang out by the fireplace, and the hotel is near so much to explore in downtown Asheville!! We absolutely loved our stay here...

"This was a classy, immaculate, very pleasant hotel stay . The room was not large , but beautifully appointed and one of the more comfortable beds I’ve slept in. The bathroom/shower is fantastic. I really appreciated the personal email from the concierge who answered my questions via text prior to coming almost instantly and the Prosecco and champagne was fun.
