"Let's first address the 'parking fee', it says you will be charged $22-$25 per day, who or what determines which you'll be charged? It cost us $49 to park at the hotel for 2 nights (which included a $1.50 per day 'service fee'.
Next, we did not ask for an ADA room, yet we got one. The bathtub did not have a non-slip mat (was very dangerous) and the shower head barely covered my 5'1" height!
With all the 'tourist' and other unexpected fees, we will NOT be staying with Hyatt again!"

"The hotel itself felt somewhat run-down. In the elevator, you could hear the cables or mechanical system pulling it up and down, and it came to a noticeably strong stop instead of moving smoothly and quietly.
The pool room and pool were both fairly small. The room was also very warm and had a strong chlorine smell, which made the enclosed space feel somewhat claustrophobic.
