"This property, located adjacent to a business park, is well-appointed. It offers a small menu for the business traveler. It is very quiet at night, and I felt my vehicle was safe.
The morning breakfast is superior to other accommodations I have used. Hot and cold items are available along with freshly cut fruit blends, muffins, granola, packaged cereal, and yogurt. "This is a nice hotel, but we ran into a couple of issues. Unfortunately, our room did not get cleaned on our two-night stay. Also, the toilets are so loud that they will literally make you jump. You might think I'm overreacting, but they are truly obnoxious. The automatic coffee maker in the lobby was the best and Robert at the front desk was also great. Also, a good location for our visit to KC."

"Smells like a wet basement. Don’t ignore the bad reviews. The legitimacy of the good ones are suspect after my stay here.
Entire place had a smell and hallways were filled with people’s dirty damp smelly towels. I thought I caught them during a turnover because I did early check in but the towels remained there for all 4 days of my stay and the smell was particularly bad on the warmer day.
I had to call the front desk to ask for my towels to be replaced and sheets to be swapped on my third day...
