For the price point, it’s excellent value. Better than most B&Bs in its class. Bathroom and TV were functional but small. If size of either is a big deal to you, be advised."

"The property is a lovely character building. The staff are all amazing down to the reception, spa and hospitality team nothing is too much trouble. The room was cleaned every day, the breakfast was continental and cooked I asked for porridge one morning which was creamy with fruit on the side. "Front desk staff helpful. No lift so stairs to rooms but staff did carry luggage. Convenient location, lovely dinner in bar. Close to Irwin’s for drinks and music. Not sure why but we were told not to drink tap water and had to carry water from bar. Very close to Cahir castle."
