"I would have liked information on how to check in and where prior to arrival. We ended up driving around and calling to find out what to do.

"It was in a beautiful location! However there was not much communication between the staff and myself. I had emailed about their additional services and never heard back, I checked in at 4:30 (online it said check in started at 4) and they had already left the property, so I was left alone with a note and no real description about how I could use the living room space and wood fire.
