"I had to grab the shuttle to the airport at 6:00 a.m. The hotel shuttle driver asked the lady that brings out the breakfast food to boil the kettle. I waited over 10 minutes and although she was reminded twice, she still never came through. I left without a coffee because I like it watered down."

"Check in staff was professional, attentive and welcoming. As much as I tried finding something wrong with hotel, I was not able to. room was clean and perfect. I guess the only downfall to out stay was having a view of the funeral home next to this location. This will be my stay location when comimg to Austin!"
