I have to say that I was delighted, the room & hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff hugely helpful. The car park was secure and the location was a short (15 min) walk from Epernay centre so ideal for restaurants and the champagne houses. We found it easily using the info provided. Only negatives were breakfast didn’t open until 7:50 so we were waiting around, and our car was dented in the carpark which nobody owned up to and car trim disappeared."
