"Unfortunately a very overpriced hotel. Essentials were fine but it's functional rather than comfortable. I was cold in my room & picked up a cold while there. Temperature was in 20s yet I needed to heat the room. Requested a second pillow & was told to travel down 7 floors as they didn't have enough staff to bring one to room (I paid £70/nt!). Too many people in hotel at weekend so nowhere to sit at breakfast while kitchen staff overworked. Hotel will be making plenty though!"

"Very basic accommodation with a lack of amenities. E.g. paper cups in room, no iron, no safe. Air con did not work, so ‘window’ (doors) had to be open, leading to lots of noise in the morning. "

"Staff are super lovely, room is extremely central. You walk out the front straight on to the port so it's perfectly located for getting around. Room sizes were small, but it was exactly what we needed as we were barely in it other than sleeping!"
