"Situated on Long Ley, the Lime Tree Bay Beach Resort boasts clean rooms, many with an ocean view. The Bougainvillea Suite was roomy and has many recent updates (unfortunately though the website says it holds 6, I would stick to 4 travelers as there is only one bathroom in the suite. The view from the spacious balcony was unparalleled. The grounds were well-kept for the most part, with the exception of the kayak/paddle board entry point which could use a bit of love. I do think that the pictures and advertisements are a bit misleading as there is really no beach to speak of and a very small zero entry/beach point to enter the gulf. The dock is updated, and would be fantastic if you have a boat, jet skis, or the like. The pool on the gulf side is clean and has a few loungers available (I think it could use a few more). If you are looking for a place to hang out, relax by the pool, and have a few lazy days, this is your place! If you are seeking activities or days full of exciting things to do, this location would be a pass. We ended up driving quite a bit to keep our days full. In addition, although The Florida Boy restaurant is onsite and did have decent food, you have to drive 15-20 min in either direction for any other type of food. Overall, we did enjoy our stay at the resort and I would recommend it for a lowkey vacation."

"The Kingsail Resort is in a convenient location. Most places were within 2 miles. I got to resort early and my room wasn’t ready yet, so I hung out by the pool which was very nice & clean. The staff were very nice. I liked that every room came with a designated parking spot. My room was ok. The AC was loud - good thing I don’t need AC so I turned it off. There is no ledge separating the shower & rest of bathroom so when I showered the water pooled all the way out across the length of the bathroom. I had to use 3 towels to mop up the floor. The good thing is the staff picked up the towel the next day & replaced with new. My room faced Overseas hwy & I was surprised how well insulated the windows & glass entry door were. I didn’t hear a thing overnight…but I did hear the resident rooster in the morning! Overall the room was ok. It offered the bare essentials & comfy bed. I only stayed 2 nights so it served its purpose."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield this week. The staff were wonderful, the poolside was relaxing & facilities were great. The air con was quite noisy, but everything else with room just lovely. Nice large comfy beds, walk in shower, plenty of space to relax. Great location, would be happy to return. "

"Resort was nice enough, but room was very cramped. Looked like a poor quality flip. Drawers were off set. Cabinets warped from water. Only one tiny shower for the villa. No countertop space in bathroom and no furniture in 2nd bedroom. Not adequate for a family for a week. "

"Easy early check in, clean room, comfortable bed. Kitchen was great, excellent water pressure. Freezing ac. Walking distance to dinner! "

"Breakfast was lacking significantly. Not a lot of choices and very mediocre. Was told no daily service but housekeepers entered our room daily (unexpected and not welcome). They say they have a reuse towel program but replaced all of our towels daily. (Annoying, why bother saying you care to conserve water if your actions don't back it up?). They have a beach chair loaner program..but only 8 chairs available for the entire resort."
