"Was really welcoming and felt accepted"

"What a lovely place to stay. The grounds are beautiful. We did Dinner in the garden room make reservations it fill up fast. The afternoon tea look great as well. Parking you do have to pay for. At the time it was 10 a day. This did bother me because the whole time we been driving the UK it was paid parking any where you go.Plus I’m use to the state charging 30 or more for some place you stay, just saying. Staff was great as well. I would come back and stay again if in the area. Thanks"

"Breakfast 2 eat for £20 deal was good. Plenty of choice from cooked to continental. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Free wifi. Train station close by, retial park walkable and casino next door "

"I loved the technological(contactless) checkin although a receptionist was there to walk you through the steps.I loved the food court that had an overhead bridge to connect you to another location food court.Staying at this property was an eye opener to first world vibes and I enjoyed staying at the property."

"My stay from beginning to end was excellent. Really welcoming staff, lovely room, nice pool facilities, was a great stopping point for myself and my 5 year old grandson. It was also an excellent price, and included a delicious breakfast. Would definitely use in future if passing that way. "

"Arrived early and git to leave the car while we went shopping. The hotel was very clean,beds lively and comfy the only negative was that the room was very hot. Great staff and a lovely breakfast. The reviews are bad for this hotel but i found it to be very nice"
