"We loved our stay. We felt very welcome and the staff were fantastic! Such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We even met the cleaner on the stairs who stopped to ask if we needed anything wven though she was already really busy. We ate breakfast and dinner in the hotel both days and the food was delicious and very well cooked. We plan to return in the summer. This was our 2nd time in Dunoon but first at the marine hotel, we will definitely stay here next time. Perfect location for the ferry as...

"The mattresses and pillows were really bad. Nothing was very clean other than the bathrooms. Our sink made noises most of the night, and our toilet rarely flushed. There was incredibly limited parking. There was a leak on our ceiling and very thin walls. You could hear every other occupant. There was also an unpleasant smell in one of our two rooms."
