"There was no phone to call for food service at the Lobby Bistro. You had to come down to the Lobby to order food and then wait for it to be ready. Would have been easier to call in an order from our room and then get a call back when it was ready. "

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck, and you had to be careful not to step on someone. The DJ was so loud that we couldn't hold a conversation without moving to the far side of the pool. We ended up laying on the pool deck our towels and stayed for about 3 hours. I specifically stayed here for the pool because it looked so relaxing online. It was anything but that. Very dissapointing. The 4 stars were from the top notch restaurants and the poolside food and drink. "

"Was a good hotel and convenient to the airport. Hotel needs a little work done to it, but otherwise clean and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. "

"You can definitely tell it’s old, the plumbing is not the greatest. The floors are very dirty. They do not clean the third floor over night or take the trash. The walls in the room are dirty. Over all the plumbing was the worst part. You had to wait 30 minutes to flush the toilet. "
