My room is poorly maintained - light over the entry door not working, ligt fixture in bathroom is missing the glass cover (bare bulbs), bathroom counter chipped and not repaired, hair drying unit missing from wall in bathroom; smoke detector missing from its base on wall; light shades all torn, and wall socket plate missing. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"
