"This was a good place to stop for the night."

"I arrived at property on second day of my reservation due to my dad being in the hospital, when I tried to check in my reservation had been canceled. I was fully aware I would not get a refund for the night I could not be there but did not expect to not have a place to stay at 10pm at night when I was exhausted. To make matters worse the counter worker was just unapologetic and rude. She told me to pay for the hotel on top of what I had already paid. I left and panicked and stayed in my car, eventually driving 3 and 1/2 hours back home missing my daughters state finals for OHSET on the following day. "

"Chair had dog hair in it, lights in bedroom were burnt out, took 30+ minutes to get checked in because I bought the room online and they said they were sold out so they had to go inspect rooms that were not ready to book."

"Atmosphere is nice. Room I had A/C wasn’t working. The TVs are a little outdated. The backlight seems like it was going out so the picture was dark. Went to fitness center to fine 3 pieces of equipment. Treadmill, Elliptical, and bike. It’s the nicest hotel in Madras. So they up charge it."

"I have stayed here several times and it has been consistent in great staff interactions and cleanliness every time. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the spa was having issues this trip."

"Hot tub broken and pool was very cold. This is the 3rd time I'm a row useing expedia for reservation that the hotel we chose had a broken hot tub. I use you so I don't have to call the hotel for the reservation. If I have to call the hotel in advance to make sure the amenities are available what do I need expedia for?"

"Staff was super friendly. But staying there reminded me why i usually choose to spend more money to stay in a nicer place….. won’t be staying again."
