"The pool, the building, the breakfast seemed very good to me, when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist had no empathy and when working directly with the client she must show kindness and empathy which I did not find in her, however the receptionist the next day was super friendly and attentive that saved the opinion a lot, the cleaning of the bedroom was good the only thing that caused me the bed was 5 pimples on my legs it is nothing serious but I recommend a disinfection on the mattresses...

"I stayed in a downstairs unit with parking right out front—super convenient. The laminate flooring gave a nice hardwood look, though the bathtub was a bit dated. The air conditioning worked, a bit loud, but the room itself was very quiet. The location was fantastic—right by the mall with plenty of restaurants, including Panera. The Wi-Fi worked well. Breakfast was basic—mini muffins and oatmeal—more of a snack than a full meal. The large table was a plus, but no hangers, so bring some if you...

Little to no plastic ware, cups for coffee, napkins or even food at 8:30 breakfast No one was on staff Yes it is on the river but also the freeway is right there too!!!"

"Absolutely disgusting rooms. Do not stay there unless you wanna get sick. I had to go and pay $300 at 1:30 in the morning so I can actually get a couple hours of sleep before I had to leave."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!! Smelled of pot and mold and stale cigarettes. Room literally falling apart. I think it’s possible I received bedbugs?! I sat on bed to put shoes on and there was a hypodermic needle sitting on the microwave. The clerk could’ve cared less when notified. "

"Our vehicle broke down near Pendleton. We were towed to Yakima and needed a room near the airport to pickup a rental to drive to Seattle. The hotel is clean and modern. The staff helpful and there are several restaurants nearby. The shuttle took us to the airport the next day and the hotel is very close to the airport."
