"Hallways outdated and smell damp. Room’s smelt damp too. Unsure if aircon needs flushed? Shower drain may need cleared as the bathroom floor basically floods with water very quickly. Room bins also weren’t emptied, had previous guest luggage tags still there, just places doubt on everything else. Bed was comfy, staff were lovely. "

"Thank you for your hospitality. Whilst I didn't actually interact with any of the staff or use the pool. My stay was everything I needed. I arrived after the office had closed and the instructions on how to get my keys were easy to follow and I had no problems accessing my room. I checked out before the office had opened, but again the process to drop off the keys was easy. The room was tidy. I enjoyed the complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap for the shower. "This would be our 3rd or 4th stay at Argus Hotel,Sherherd st. Darwin The staff are very smily and helpful. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately the bed wasnt as comfortable as our previous stays. The air-conditioning is super effective The laundry is very handy The location is close to all we need. We will definitely stay again"
