"It was a decent place to stay but the breakfast was gross. Grits not cooked & coffee tasted terrible. Would have liked better accommodations for $171 per night. The good thing is property is close to a lot of restaurants and stores etc"

"The motel is very old. They have basically slapped some lipstick on a pig at this place. The rooms and bathrooms are old 1950’ish with crappy IKEA-like furniture, paper thin walls, daylight all around the door, multiple layers of paint inside the rooms and outside. Smells old and musty, no mattress pads on the beds, dirty bathroom, mirror was hanging crooked as though it was about to fall, finger prints and soap or toothpaste splashed on the mirror. We asked to look at another room and it was not any better, still no mattress pads. The lady at the front desk was nice but not apologetic and offered us a full refund rather than offer to even clean up the rooms and add mattress pads. So we took the refund and left. On this trip we stayed at 3 properties found on Expedia and a fourth one (this property) that we didn’t stay in. Only one of them was actually nice, clean and lived up to its reviews. The other 3 had great reviews 8.6 and above but weren’t clean or nice. I am beginning to question the accuracy of the reviews on Expedia. Next trip I will try another travel booking site. This makes me sad as I have been using Expedia for at 15 years and have always had good experiences."

"The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, no hot water in the.bathroom. I wasnt expecting much as i just needed a bed to sleep in for the night. But you could tell it's been awhile since they've updated towels and sheets and the room was the same way. Wasn't a bad experience but it could have been better."

"Traveling for work, needed a simple place for one night. I didn’t even go in. Looked dingy with linens draping over the windows and abandoned other than a couple of young kids playing in the parking lot. Not a suitable stay"

"Called about checking in early. Told there was no fee. Paid $25. Oh well. Staff was talking crap about people who check in early with me standing right there. Hottub is concrete over. Pool was closed with no knowing when it’s going to reopen. Toilet had pee all over it. Rude when I asked to come clean it & rude after cleaning it. Was suppose to be 25 refunded immediately. Hasn’t hit. Do not recommend. "
