"Wasn’t impressed with the cockroach in my room but otherwise it was just a stock standard hotel - overall good for the price. Steak I ordered at the restaurant was disappointing and came with vegetables I can only assume came from a frozen pack - would expect more for $43."

"Parking was great, right outside the unit. very close to all shopping. this has been my third stay at the Manukau Motor Lodge, will be coming back there again next year. very happy with the Lodge."

"First time we have used this particular Accor Hotel at Auckland Airport. Have always been a fan of Accor and was an Accor Club member which I think was called Platinum and was a paid membership that reduced eating and drinking costs, free nights, etc. So my expectations were high and I am happy to report they were also met. Comfy rooms and well appointed"

"Shops handy. Bit noisy on a Saturday with Bollywood night club nearby and a few planes overhead. Good shower, parking."

"Traveled 6hours and wanted a hot shower and to settle into bed for an early morning Departure. When we turned up, our room hadn't been vacuumed. We were given a room and had to run the shower for 10mins, for it to get warm. THEN we tried to settle in bed but people were being loud/swearing etc outside the room and a child was running up and down outside our door so we had to request a new room. Thankfully, the staff member gave us another room and we were able to settle in but after travelling so long, waiting 10mins (litterally) for the shower to heat! Very inconvenient."

"This is the worst place we could have stayed, the reception was useless despite calling ahead to advie what time we would be there. The rooms were not clean, tables were dirty, no bedside tables no bedside lamp, floor sticky, no heating, rooms had windows out into the hallway with light flooding in. Doors were broken, bedroom had weird glass sliding doors. Not a nice place to stay."
