"Friendly staff, very good selection of breakfast, conveniently located to food stores and shopping , close to freeway. What we liked the most was the kitchenette and laundry facility . Ended up staying there a month long due to our move, our stay felt at ease."

"Stayed at Extended Stay America Suites – Fremont – Newark and had a very disappointing experience. The property looks nothing like the photos on Expedia, everything felt outdated, dirty, and had a strong unpleasant smell. The room furniture was worn out and torn, and the bathroom looked poorly maintained. Our first room had a window that wouldn’t close and thin shades that let in too much light, making it hard to sleep. We requested a room change but were asked to “adjust” multiple times. Eventually got another room, which was only slightly better. No breakfast, just coffee. Only positives: location. Overall, very dissatisfied. Expedia should review this listing. Would not recommend."
