"Great family stay. Had alot of fun and staff was very helpful. One thing I wish I knew is that if you make reservations to be picked up and transported to Xel-Ha, Xplor or any park and you don’t end up going you get charged. Even though it’s included in the hotel all inclusive to all parks."

Had access to all of Xcaret parks including transportation, all you need is your bracelet and you have access to all parks, transportation and food.
