Staff members were kind and helpful. Room was slightly musky smelling. Large room with no refrigerator seems odd but ok. But overall was good and pleasant place to stay.

The staff were amazing! Great atmosphere and a bit more casual, relaxed vibe than other places we've stayed. Food was great as well and the addition of the Cafe and the Grab and Go were super convenient

Hotel Xcaret Mexico - All Parks / All Fun Inclusive
Mindblown at the entire Xcaret property, hotel and parks. Was nervous about the cost but we left wishing we stayed longer. The hotel property is massive with so much to do and so many food choices.
