"The photos on the website look very nice, but the actual hotel was smelly and not excellent. I think actual hotel was one/two rank down from photos. My wife and child didn't want to stay when we arrive at hotel."
"We had a lovely stay in the Bakers Cabin. We were delighted to discover that, not only did it have cold - and hot! - running water and electricity, it also had baseboard heating. Super comfy beds, almost-fully-equipped kitchen (everything except an oven), ample firewood. The community bathhouse is clean, modern and beautiful. Staff is friendly and helpful. Property is gorgeous, set in an aspen wood with great views of the sunset hitting Hahn’s Peak. There is even a friendly cat that escorted us around the property! It’s quiet and peaceful retreat. As they say, “zero bars, infinite stars”.
We also enjoyed dinner in the Hahn’s Peak Cafe (5 mins down the road, varied menu, friendly service, cell service, open W-Sun.) "
"Horrible place please do not stay and waste your money unless you want to be eaten by bed bugs and sleep on dirty sheets and shower with no towels and have no toilet paper to wipe with
"
"Air conditioning was great. Parking felt okay mostly cause there wasn’t many there , maybe a bit more lightning work be okay. But yet this place is still in the middle of upgrades that I think when done will be wonderful . The very friendly lady that helped us check in , was so helpful. Knew everything we needed . And was fast and efficient. Expecially since we did have to switch hotels quickly . Just cause the other just wasn’t quite what we thought and or kid friendly for us . It was quiet and worked for what we needed . And I was so appreciative of the the lady . I wish I could remember her name . Personally I probably would never have a reason to go back or maybe want to head that way . Cause it was just a long trip , but I because of her and the dominos pizza gal Lauren/ Laura . And there staff . Made it where my family of four and myself could get in the room , and eat and to bed with in an hour . After a 15 hr day on the road and 2 states later . And a fast check in check out disaster from the previous hotel . ( which I’m really hoping to get refunded , Expedia, since we didn’t stay.) so if I was planning to go or just passing through Craig, co . I would choose this hotel again "
"Breakfast was lukewarm. Gym equipment was updated. No wipes to clean equipment. HVAC didn’t work. Hotel showed signs of wear and tear. Needs a refresh. "
