"Good location.. bedroom was tired and in need of some improvements.. bed base was torn and tatty,.. there were 3 windows, only one was clear, the glass in the other two were in need of replacement as you were unable to see out of them and didn't let light through.. The restaurant was slightly inadequate for the large volume of guests. Breakfast offered a good choice, unfortunately I wouldn't say that the evening food was that nice for the cost.. "Breakfast and evening meal was great, don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants but was really happy i did. Bed was really comfy and booked room specifically for the air con during the heatwave and it was freezing. I will definitely return when in Wales with work again."

"The property is conveniently placed just off the M4. Making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Lots of beaches and shopping just a short drive away. The room was a generous size. The breakfast was good and plentiful. We were made to feel very welcome and our every request was handled efficiently and with kindness. "The B&B was located in a lovely and unusual setting at the end of a cul de sac. The views were great. Our hosts were very welcoming and informal. Of particular interest was on the ongoing 'construction' but nearing completion, of a waterfall and pond within the limits of the garden. Its worth noting that the garden amd facilities were available for guests. Our visit coincided with a 30C heatwave but our room on the first floor, although without air conditioning, remained at a pleasant...
