"Fantastic wild location - remote, but not too far from Stranraer. Some great local walks, and sunsets. The hotel is quiet, small and unique. Our dog was very welcome, and got extra treats for breakfast. The food was amazing - surprising, given the remote location. Room was clean and spacious, and the staff were all very friendly. There's an EV charger just next to the hotel, which was a welcome bonus. Definitely recommended."

"We booked a double seaview room, it was comfortable but just a little dated. Great view, slightly spoiled by the flat roof. Just needs a bit of a refresh. Lovely big bathroom. Breakfast and dinner were lovely with a great choice….we were half board…..and the staff were fantastic! This was our second stay and we will definitely return."

"Lovely comfortable hotel, ideal for ferry access. Enjoyed supper and breakfast here. Lots of electric car chargers (which were simple to use - not always the case) at the hotel and surrounding area. 10/10"
