Easy transaction. Good property. Limited amenities due to off-season. If you intend to do laundry, bring your own soap etc... machines broken and need servicing. Overall good experience and will consider staying again.

2nd stay at Snow Creek in less than a month and it did not disappoint. Same as before, suite was clean, comfortable, quiet, cozy. Location cannot be beat for us mountain bikers. Right beside the lift and a quick ride into the village for lift tickets. Parkade is awesome. Big enough to park the truck and safe enough for our bikes. Price point is great as well. Great value for the money. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend Snow Creek

We were in Suite 404 and it was cozy, clean and comfortable. There was a lovely view of the mountains and the chairlift, which was running sightseeing rides. We all really enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, which was also clean and well maintained. Two small things, is that the balcony is small and the old rickety Adirondack chairs are too big for the space. Also there is no a/c, in the unit. We found it quite warm at times. All in all though, we loved this place and would recommend and stay again.

Lack of onsite person for check in or other possible issues. Resort tennis courts in poor condition. Limited food options. Felt these issues were particularly glaring when they are adding on a $150 per night property fee on top of the stated room rate!!! Room itself was comfortable and clean

We stayed at Snow Creek lodge for 3 nights for business. It was perfect that there was two rooms. We loved the bunk beds as we all got our own bed (there was 3 of us). Kitchen had everything we needed. My two suggestions would be to have a fan of some sort as the condo was quite stuffy with the warm june weather and to have a Brita water dispenser that can be refilled and put in the fridge. The tap water just had a yucky taste compared to what we are used to. But we loved our stay & Ive already looked at availability for next years work trip!

The location is amazing. The unit was quiet. Free underground parking was great. The pans were dirty and bathroom was not cleaned when we got there. They responded quickly which was great. The fire place was not working the first night and then the upper hot tub was closed the last night. Over all the location made the property great.

Great place, however I would recommend aur conditioning in each unit as the summers are getting much hotter with climate change. Also would be nice to have pools open prior to checkout times on weekends. Thank for providing a great safe clean facility with friendly excellent service from staff on calls (Ryan).

Fernie Ski Resort is great. Our accommodation was somewhat below par ( non working dishwasher, leaking kitchen sink, unable to source required loonies to operate clothing washer / drier, no cleaning tools to keep the place neat and clean ). Sort of “back to the 90’s” level
