"This is a budget friendly place where local Hondurans from mainland come with their families. All inclusive food and drink was limited to a few mixed drink options and one local beer type and it only has one buffet option with mediocre food but enough variety to find something everyone can eat. There are options to pay for better beers and wine and coffee shop. Sewage systems can’t handle toilet paper so Americans and Europeans be aware that you are throwing your toilet paper in a trash can next...

"If you’re looking for a tranquil and relaxing experience, away from tourists attractions, Las Verandas is the place. The grounds are well kept and the ocean views are spectacular. The restaurant on site and the poolside bar were amazing. Waitstaff very pleasant and attentive. The beach was very rocky therefore not conducive to swimming but the 2 infinity pools made up for that. We will definitely be returning for another week’s stay."

"What a wonderful place! As close to paradise as you can get! Casual and comfortable, with no pretension. The tidal pool was perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The food was incredible!
