"Friendly and helpful staff"

"I liked that the hotel was quiet and staff kept me with clean towels. My room did have a smell and the shower could use a deep clean."

"Our experience was very different from what the reviews led us to expect. The room was very bright and freezing cold (55°F) when we arrived, and it took us a while to figure out how to adjust the A/C. The hot water in the kitchen took a long time to heat up, and there was no dish soap or sponge provided. The floors were so dirty that my socks turned black. Breakfast consisted mostly of sugary, high-calorie foods, and the coffee was bitter. The front desk staff didn’t seem particularly welcoming....

"The desk clerk at check-in was impolite and unfriendly and seemed annoyed when I asked for information. The room was clean but rundown and the morning shower was cold. When I mentioned this to the morning desk clerk , she kindly explained it was an issue with the gas line service.."

"Breakfast on Tues* & Thurs* - get rid of those nasty dry weird omelets so people can enjoy showing up for breakfast, very limited selection. Better off somewhere else for breakfast on those days. The pool is strange size its basically a large warm tub, not exactly a swimming pool... more like an invite 4 people to fill a pool situation, but beaches are not far so highly recommend beaches instead. All in all the most important parts are very well done, from bed coziness to coffee w/muffins and...

"July 3 - 5, 2026, During my stay, the indoor pool and hot tub was not open due to maintenance. Housekeeping did not have enough clean towels, we had to wait over a hour to get them. The Hotel was clean and the staff was nice."

"The room was clean to an extent. Water was cold for our one day stay. Was woken up at 3am by the noises in the storage room. we only needed it for a few hours due to a layover . Staff was very polite. It’s not so bad if you can overlook the appearance outside. But the water being cold was an absolute no for me ."

"The property is lovely; however, the noise from your neighbors can be heard. Like I am not sure what my upstairs neighbors were doing, but it was noisy, and it was late. Breakfast is ok, many selections."

Hotel will be great once renovations completed. Neighbors in room 304 were the worst and Ihope Karma finds them at 2am some day soon."

"Great location and the outside looked great. When we checked in was told that the elevator was broken. My husband is disabled and there were no rooms available on the 1st floor. He had difficulties climbing the stairs. When we got to the room there was a strong musty moldy smell. I’m assuming it was coming from the leak that was under the sink in the bathroom. When we reported it they did send someone right away to repair it. The coffee maker did not work and my husband is an all day coffee...
