"Very disappointing stay. The room was dirty, had a bad smell, and we even saw cockroaches. The furniture was old and poorly maintained. The listing showed a sofa bed, but it was broken and completely bent, making it impossible to sleep on. We were three people, but there was only one usable bed for two people. Because the sofa bed could not be used, one person had to sleep in the car late at night. Overall, the room was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards....

"with the price you pay -you could get a nicer place somewhere else, I just needed to be in that location for my short visit. Staffs were friendly - older building and feels old and some molds in bathroom, carpet was wet and smelly - I did not say nothing since it was a one night stay. Breakfast was decent. Did not use amenities."

"My spouse informed me he gotten bed bug bites and that he couldn’t wait to check out before telling me about his stay. There was stains on the couch but he didn’t notice until he got off the room number #116 he checked in Thursday 18th and checked out Friday before 11 am . Never booking here again that is just gross ."

"Pros: Very safe, quiet location with a variety of cool local restaurants (albeit in a mini-mall) that are less than 400 steps away. (Don't miss I Love Kolaches - I don't even LIKE kolaches but their innovative flavors made me a believer. Plus it's the closest place to get coffee). The staff - the women who work the desk are incredibly kind and friendly. Kudos to the younger Indian woman who helped me fasten a necklace for a work event as I was traveling alone and the woman with the short pink...

"Tv in room was not working. I asked about the WiFi and it was not working."

"The room smelled like cleaner and mod and mildew. The faucet to the jacuzzi leaked and never stopped running. There was mold above the jacuzzi on the cieling. The toilet didn’t flush properly and the handle was broken. I spent $132 for a king suite and it was terrible. I left at about 10:30 pm almost 12 hours before I was supposed to check out. If I could get a refund I would but this place is not a good place to be"

"Bugs crawling curtains bad ugly and no numbers on the door to read hard to open door the place is not allowed to be open Completed remodel should be done and no access for disabled people"

"Breakfast should start earlier on the weekends. We come for softball tournaments several times a year and always miss out on the breakfast."

"The breakfast was great...fresh, everything was super clean. Furniture in room was slightly dated. And one of the exit doors to parking wouldn't completely lock on the bottom floor. Staff was attentive."

"My room was not cleaned properly as there was dried up throw up in the floor. The air conditioning worked when it wanted to. The place just looked dingy. Good thing is the bistro onsite but it was closed on Friday and Saturday for whatever reason."

"THEY ARE ACTIVELY IN THE MIDDLE OF RENOVATIONS BUT IT IS CLEAN. MS SAQUIL IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WAS EXTREEMLY HELPFUL WITH ANY REQUEST. THE HALLWAYS SMELL AMAZING!!! THE FREE "BREAKFAST" I HOPE MANAGMENT WILL GREATLY IMPROVE. THERE IS AN EMPLOYEE WHO GETS A LITTLE HOSTILE OVER THE MUFFINS. OVERALL WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN."
