"It was a very quick visit. Shuttle drivers and staff were excellent. Check in out out was quick. Room was very clean however I did find a bug in the bathroom. I told the staff upon checkout and they were very receptive and grateful. I would definitely come back"

Not a good introduction to the facility. There was only one reception clerk managing the call desk and guest check-ins. "The front desk check-in service can improve. I waited for 20-30 minutes due to one customer got stuck in his situation. The breakfast is fantastic. The hotel rooms are clean and super good. It would be nice if the parking is free."

"I have no idea why this place doesn’t shut down to renovate. Everything is under construction. We walked in the door and the entire first floor was gutted and they’re putting the rooms together so there’s drywall all over the floor. We stayed on the third floor and all the smoke alarms were covered with black tape, missing ceiling tiles exposing the insulation that looked like they used to be pink, a lot of black (mold? Unsure but likely). The room smelled very odd, likely from the construction....

"Really Small hotel. Clean and does have a small breakfast selection. You can never go wrong with waffles,sausage, eggs, apple or orange juice, selections of teas and bagels and muffins. Nice staff and close to States Ave. Felt safe as a single traveler as well. Close to quick bites and the highway. Will recommend!"
