"The room looked like it hadn't been touched in months, stained carpets, mold in shower, broken & cracked lamp shade, dust lining the room edges where the vacuum hadn't reached in years. The tv & stand leaned by atleast 2inches & we think the whole room might be settling inward. The sheets & bedding were clean! And the omelet line cook was amazing. When hosting a large event such as trading card con it would be worth while to advertise to other patrons that it is happening on that date so their stay is not disruptive. I booked several months in advance & would have definitely stayed elsewhere for a much better weekend for our family!!!!! The crowd, noise & chaos...let alone no availability of parking for your actual guests was a nightmare & that ontop of our room conditions makes it the worst! And ps. Ive never had a bad review! "
