"Smooth check in and out, very friendly front desk staff! Room was clean but lacking in amenities, you need to call housekeeping to get toothbrushes and toothpaste. One thing that makes me furious is that ,they tried to charge my bank account for minibar consuming, but I didn’t consume any of it. I called the front desk after I got notification from my bank, the staff who answered the phone was helpful, but hopefully she will pass my issue to account department to fix the bill. "I am very disappointed with our recent experience. My son and his partner , both over the legal age of 18 and nearly 20years old stayed at the property over the weekend. During their stay, hotel staff removed the minibar items and also took the complimentary bottle of wine that was included with the reservation. "The hotel was perfectly located, excellent staff and amenities. The only thing I took issue with was that when booking I selected Xcover insurance under the proviso I could cancel the insurance for full refund right up to 8th July. I sent an email on 1st July advising my intent to cancel the insurance, I heard nothing….. I sent at least 3 follow up emails asking for assistance in order to cancel before the 8th July. I have still not heard anything. I felt I was mislead with the ability to cancel...
