"This hotel has an ideal location for exploring White Rock, right across from the beach at the east end of Marine Drive. The room was clean and bright with very comfortable beds. We were on the top floor, which was quiet and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The staff here are friendly and accommodating, especially if you check in a bit early. Not a ton of extra amenities but there is so much to do that it’s not a big deal. "

"There was air and heat . But there was no ice machine, restaurant, or anything to purchase if hungry unless you used there vending machine. The person working the front desk was very quiet i had written them about getting a letter check out with zero response and i had messaged them at 7am . Basically its a decent place to sleep its not on the hogh end side but it was one of the cheaper hotels on the area"

"When we arrived the basement was freezing and heat panel was turned off. I scrambled to find the phone number to call a contact to ask how they could turn it on. I was told that they had central heating and if someone from one of the suites had opened a window the whole system would shut off. I asked the person if they could turn it back on he said he didn't know how to. Then I asked how were we going to sleep in the cold they said they could send someone with some portable heaters.
