"Loved the shuttle from the airport. The driver was super helpful. We were exhausted, and the beds were firm and comfortable. Room was clean. However, when I went to take a bath in the morning I found the tub grimy and soap scummy. I couldnt bring myself to even take a shower after that. It was a bad start to the day. This is basic to a hotel to have the shower and bath clean."

"It takes a lot for me to give a bad rev. I’ll be honest- very disappointed, esp. with the reviews and we’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inns. (This did have a sign stating it was an independent hotel, so maybe it’s not quite the same, but surprised Hilton would allow the branding to be used.)
First, it’s NOT in a great area (and we’re from a pretty rough city). One side had a couple of well-known places mixed in and didn’t look too bad, We started walking to a restaurant nearby that was behind...

"Stayed with my husband, hotel is in convenient location and close to the US/Canada border. Nice and clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed. The only issue we had was the bath tub drain, it was clogged and the stopper seemed loose, it doesn’t stay in place when tried to lift it, so water accumulates while taking shower. (Might need a little clean-up on drain and replace stopper.) But overall, hotel is great to stay and the staff are very friendly and welcoming."
