Also, the staff were unable to answer basic questions like how much the children’s buffet was. Also, the walls are very thin so the people in one of the rooms did not get much sleep. Would be great if just priced a bit lower, especially for the off-season"

"For a hotel charging nearly $500 a night, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing. There was trash in the hallways, and maid service was only provided every other day. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned regularly. It was also a cold weekend, and we asked for an extra blanket for my grandson but never received one.
