"Incredible experience to stay in a historic hotel!! "

"Booking was effortless through Expedia. We were greeted at the door by Pat, the owner. He gave us a quick tour and set a combo code to the front door of the house of our choosing. There is an open snack and coffee area, and "trail magic" shelf full of items that a hiker might need without a store nearby. The shared bathroom was WELL stocked. "I enjoyed my stay at motel 6 Alex at the front desk was awesome, suoer friendly and very kind. Ibwould recommend any travel to stay here. Very clean hotel, restaurant and fast food places near by. The modt important thing is friendly people own this hotel. You can not but a price on that. Alex thank you fir everything. "

"I booked a room with a hot tub however, when I got there, it was not a hot tub, but a whirlpool tub inside of the bathroom. It was definitely not worth the $40 up charge. On top of that the only vending machine robbed us of $5 and the breakfast area was cute but not very well stocked and the waffle maker doesn’t work properly. It wasn’t a horrible stay but not what I expected. "

"Room was clean with very comfortable bed and pillows. Smaller room but very nice. Dinner and bourbon bar was very good with nice selection. Comes with free breakfast which is home made eggs bacon and biscuits and gravy and a few sides. Way better than the same usual hotel breakfast. "This is a charming B&B. It is a gem in a lovely rural mountain setting. The proprietors are warm and welcoming. Breakfast is served in the dining room and not to be missed! We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The first room we were given was filthy from the beds to the floor. The beds had soiled linens on both! From top to bottom. The carpet was disgusting and had not been vacuumed as there were crumbs all over. Including a whole cookie inside ( in visible sight) the air conditioning unit.The clerk that checked us in was Awesome! And did indeed take pictures so that housekeeping / management could be informed. However she did infact try to make excuses for some of the bedding. Frankly if I had not...

"Beautiful, clean, new property. Gym located right at front lobby. Water bottle filler by the main floor bathroom. Breakfast was great-egg white bites, build your own breakfast sandwich rotates each day plus hte regular items you find on other hotel breakfast buffet, but be aware it closes at 9:30. The hallway is very long with the elevator being more towards one end than the other. Consider getting a cart to help with your luggage. The room is very spacious. Fantastic layout for a family.
