"Debes tener súper buen Internet; porque:
-el teléfono de contacto que dice la app no contesta por mensaje ni llamada… de tantos intentos dos días me envió mensaje para las indicaciones
-no hay recepcionista
-los pasos para entrar al departamento son mediante mensaje (confusos)
-los pasos a seguir son confusos, largos y si llevas auto es un lío porque no hay donde estacionar.
-si te equivocas en un dato del formulario no siguen los pasos hasta que los concluyas

"Es war alles super, Frühstück lecker und vom Angebot gemessen am Preis völlig ausreichend. Besonders gut war die gratis 24h Kaffe/Tee/Wasser-Station im Hotel.
Während meines Aufenthalts gab es leider ein Problem mit dem Schließsystem an meiner Tür, weshalb die Tür aufgebrochen werden musste. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert."

"From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we had the most wonderful experience, and nothing was too much trouble. Martha greeted us on arrival with a complementary local cocktail and showed us to our room,which was beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning and the cleanliness was evident throughout. A small retreat on the outskirts of Gaia but we loved the isolation and peace. We were sad to leave and would highly recommend it and come back again. "

"Extremely comfortable rooms, especially when you book the apartment. very nice staff in the hotel, very good pricing for the garage (10 €/day). We liked it very much. The distance to the city of Porto is walkable, just 20min by feet down the hill. we didn't take breakfast (we are not the breakfast people) but it looked fantastic and we were allowed the take the first coffee. Lovely service!!"
